Order of Exercises

Dear Graduates,

As you stand on the threshold of a new chapter, take a moment to reflect—not just on what you’ve accomplished but on how you’ve grown. The late nights, the challenges, the moments of doubt and exploration—all of it has shaped you into the person you are today: resilient, grounded and ready for the journey ahead.

Graduation is more than a milestone; it’s a launching point. Some of you may have a clear path forward, while others are still discovering what comes next. Both are exciting places to be.

Growth is a lifelong journey—every new challenge, every bold decision, every step into the unknown. Embrace the possibilities with confidence, knowing that you have the knowledge, skills and perseverance to navigate whatever comes next.

As you move forward, stay curious, stay open to learning and stay connected to your peers, your mentors and the place you call home—West Virginia University. The world is waiting for your innovation, your passion and your unique perspective. Remember, your Mountaineer roots will always be part of your story.

On behalf of the WVU School of Public Health community, congratulations and may your future be filled with promise, prosperity and personal growth.
