WVU faculty members planning to attend Commencement should contact their respective colleges. Administrators and governing board members planning to attend Commencement should RSVP by contacting the Office of University Events at graduation@mail.wvu.edu.
Regalia
WVU faculty members, administrators and governing board members participating in graduation are required to wear academic regalia, either from their alma mater or West Virginia University.
Herff Jones offers custom WVU faculty regalia. Basic faculty regalia is available at the WVU Bookstore.
Need help?
Look for Commencement Volunteers wearing WVU lanyards if you have questions. Volunteers will be stationed at Guest Services tables at the entrance to the venues before, during and after events.
