Multicultural Graduation
Monday, April 17, 2023 | 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Mountainlair Gluck Theatre.
The West Virginia University Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Multicultural
Graduation Celebration ceremony intentionally highlights and honors culture and
celebrates diversity.
The 2023 Celebration for the Morgantown campus will be held Monday, April 17, 2023 at 6 p.m. at the Mountainlair Gluck Theatre, followed by a reception.
Graduates will be individually recognized for their academic accomplishments.
Participating graduates receive a cultural stole to wear over their graduation robe during the official commencement ceremonies.

10th Annual Lavender Graduation

Education Center. Registration required by April 16, 2023.
The WVU LGBTQ+ Center invites you to join us in a ceremony honoring the achievements of graduating lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and other gender and sexual minorities.
If you are a graduating LGBTQ+ student, or WVU Alumni who never got to participate in Lavender Graduation while you attended WVU, now is your chance to have your graduation celebrated! We would love to see you again and have you join our graduation ceremony.
The 10th Annual Lavender Graduation will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2023, from 3:00 - 5:00 PM, at the Art Museum of West Virginia University, in the Museum Education Center. Light refreshments will follow the ceremony.

The Army ROTC Mountaineer Battalion will conduct the annual Spring Commissioning Ceremony in the Mountainlair Ballroom on Thursday, May 11 at 10 a.m. WV Army National Guard Deputy Commander Brig. Gen. Gene Holt will be the guest speaker.

Air Force ROTC’s commissioning ceremony is currently scheduled for 12 May at 9:00 am at the Ruby Amphitheater.
