Guests

Accessibility Services

Guests who require accessible seating will be required to have a ticket for the accessible seating area. Tickets will be reserved by the graduate using the ticket request system which will go live on Tuesday, April 20 and end on May 9. Once you have arrived at the graduation venue, staff will direct you to the designated accessible seating areas. 

Assistance

Look for University volunteers wearing WVU lanyards if you have questions. Volunteers will be stationed at Guest Services tables at the stadium entrances before, during and after events.

Entrances to the Stadium

Stadium access with tickets required for all guests will be at the following entrances - North, North East, North West and South East gates. 

Flowers

Flowers will not be available for purchase for May 2021. 

Lost and Found

Please call 304-293-7132 to report lost and found items. Items will be kept for 90 days.

Parking

Parking information can be found on the WVU Parking Map. Shuttles will be available from parking lots to ceremony location.

Program Length

Each ceremony will last approximately two - three hours.

Seating

Seating will be limited and tickets will be required. Graduates must register to participate in order to receive the ticket link. Registration link is available on the May Commencement tab.


Guests should not approach the field or stage to take photos, present gifts or congratulate graduates.

Webcast

Live ceremonies may also be viewed remotely online at webcast.wvu.edu for those unable to attend in-person.
