The Final
OK. This is (probably) the last final you will have to take at WVU. We’re asking you to do one last assignment…to answer one last set of questions. But to answer these questions, you don’t need to study, don’t need to pull an all-nighter, don’t need to explain your GPA to your parents.
You just need to speak your mind, share your thoughts, leave your “signature,” make your mark.
Think of it like digital graffiti. WVU has surely made an impression on you. Now it’s your turn to leave one.
Make a mark on our digital campusincluding Facebook, Twitter and foursquare. When posting to these sites, please share your experiences your joys, triumphs, and lessons learned.
What do you need to do?
Click here for questions. You can answer them allor just the ones you like (proof that this really is your Final, not ours). Butthe more you share, the bigger fingerprint you leave behind. Your time here is your story… so we’re asking you to help us record history. The more you tell us, the more history you get to make. That’s not all. Besides the questions, this Final gives you extra credit for sharing your WVU photosyour 4 or 5 or 6 years of the recorded history of your friends, classmates, professors, family, your WVU family.
And The Final also lets you become the teacher. You can check in on foursquare and leave some tips and lessons learned for future Mountaineers. You’ve been there, seen and done it all. Now it’s your turn to share your experienceyour historywith all the new kids who will take your place.
Time Limit: This moment – Commencement Weekend, May 14-15

After Commencement, we will pull all of your responses together into a special multimedia videoa history, a saga, an animated record, a reality-based “mini-series” of the Class of 2011. We will send each of you a copyto save, to share and to enjoy over and over when you’re out there in the real world.
The Final result?
The Final will just be the beginning. We hope to launch a lifetime conversation with you and WVU. We hope you will keep the story of you alivethrough Facebook, Twitter, foursquare, the WVU Alumni Association websiteeven with old-school e-mail.
You made history here at WVU…now you will make it in the world beyond. And we want you to share your story with WVU, with each other, with the entire Mountaineer Nation for years to come. This Final is the start of something big.
