Assistance
Gold and Blue Student Ambassadors and University volunteers will be on-site to assist guests at each venue.

Program Length
Each ceremony will last approximately 2 hours.
Seating
West Virginia University asks that all guests remain seated. Guests are not permitted to approach the stage to take photos, present gifts, or congratulate graduates.
Receptions
Receptions for graduates and guests follow each ceremony. Direct any questions you may have to your school or college.
Flowers
Flowers will be available for purchase (cash only) at the three commencement venues. A variety of options will be available and come in custom blue and gold packaging. Proceeds benefit WVU’s Horticulture and Plant and Soil Sciences clubs.
Attire
The Creative Arts Center and the Morgantown Event Center have central air. The Coliseum does not. Dressing layers of breathable fabrics is advised so that you may find your own comfort level, regardless of venue.
